民進黨發言人楊家俍昨（2）日表示，正副總統當選人蔡英文、陳建仁下周一（8日），亦即大年初一起，展開全台祈福參拜及社福關懷之旅，屆時將發送一元紅包，象徵點亮台灣。由於紅包搶手，目前已追加到84萬份。

據民進黨規畫，蔡英文8日將在台北市、新北市、新竹縣廟宇，9日在台中市、苗栗縣、新竹市、桃園市，10日到彰化縣、雲林縣、嘉義縣、嘉義市，11日在屏東縣、台南市參拜，當天將發送大紅燈籠造型、以燙金字體寫著「點亮台灣」的一元紅包。至於陳建仁行程，8日到聖家堂，9日到台南市教會，10日前往屏東縣教會，11日訪新竹縣及台中市教會或社福機構，12日參訪宜蘭縣及花蓮縣教會或社福機構。
